Meet the founder
With two decades of experience in media leadership including her role as a former BBC digital executive our founder, Ramaa, offers deep industry insight and specialised expertise in digital innovation and AI.
Today, she advises leaders across media, education, and business on navigating change and AI with clarity, confidence, and a human-centred approach.
Ramaa is a member of the faculty at Oxford University's Reuters Institute and the European Broadcasting Union, consults for international institutions, and leads Inclusive Story AI, a pioneering initiative exploring inclusion and ethics in emerging technologies.
Her leadership has delivered social impact through media innovation, underpinned by a strong track record in delivering change, strategy, learning design and executive coaching. Her interdisciplinary work bridges storytelling, technology and ethics, and extends into a creative practice that explores the human side of AI through mixed media approaches.
