Knowing what AI can do is not the same as knowing how to use it well. This phase is about embedding what you have learned into real workflows and that also takes piloting, iteration, and time. Journalists and editors need the space to figure out what works for them, test it, and refine it before it becomes standard practice. The human dimension matters here as much as the technical one: fear, resistance, and uncertainty are normal responses to change, and they need to be addressed directly, not managed around. This is where most change efforts succeed or fail.
