“We have the power to envision and create more inclusive and innovative futures”

How We Do This

The Vision

To cultivate a future where leadership is a powerful force for good – driven by clarity of purpose, compassionate action, and innovative thinking. We envision a world in which inclusive, high-performing systems are the norm because leaders are empowered to lead with both head and heart. This vision underscores our belief that leaders equipped with the right mindset and tools can solve complex problems and create meaningful impact without compromising people or values.

How We Do This

The Mission

To equip leaders with the insight, tools, and support they need to lead with clarity, compassion, and confidence. We help leaders navigate complexity, focus on what truly matters, and design systems that deliver results while honouring people, purpose, and impact.

Whether it’s navigating organisational change, adopting new technologies, or fostering more inclusive cultures, How We Do This stands beside leaders as a trusted partner—ensuring they don’t have to lead alone.

“Visionary leader, able to sense media and societal trends before others, understanding their impact and the strategies needed to take them on.”

Her presentation was one of the most interesting and informative of the whole 3-day event. She spoke about the latest on AI use in media organisations. Ramaa gave my delegates – very senior directors of media orgs from across Africa- extremely helpful and important tips on how to effectively use LLMs to improve their journalism.

It was wonderful finding her again, and very impressive to see what amazing and interesting work she is doing to educate users and audiences. She has always been at the forefront of the digital transformation, and a pioneer in experimenting and helping users
get the best out of AI.

Plus, she’s an absolute joy to work with!
