Future Visioning and Goals
Leaders need a compelling north star, one credible enough for boards to support and clear enough for teams to follow.
Setting that direction requires enough knowledge of the technology to make it real, and enough courage to commit before the path is fully visible. It also means defining what success looks like from the outset so that every stage that follows has something to measure against. I have done this several times myself. I now support leaders doing the same for AI.
