How We Support Leaders
How We Do This exists to support leaders who want to create lasting impact without compromising values, people, or performance. We understand the pressure and complexity of leadership today – from rapid digital change to the human realities of guiding teams through uncertainty. That’s why we work as strategic partners, offering practical tools, grounded insight, and thoughtful guidance to help leaders navigate transformation with clarity, lead with intention, and build systems that are both high-performing and human-centred.

Her presentation was one of the most interesting and informative of the whole 3-day event. She spoke about the latest on AI use in media organisations. Ramaa gave my delegates – very senior directors of media orgs from across Africa- extremely helpful and important tips on how to effectively use LLMs to improve their journalism.
It was wonderful finding her again, and very impressive to see what amazing and interesting work she is doing to educate users and audiences. She has always been at the forefront of the digital transformation, and a pioneer in experimenting and helping users
get the best out of AI.
Plus, she’s an absolute joy to work with!
